Directions to the Pryor Creek Nature Trail

1. Troll Creek Trailhead from Pryor.  Go south on US Highway 69 1 mile past McDonalds. Turn left (east) on EW 51 for .1 mile and then turn right (south) for .5 miles. The trailhead is on the left (east) side of the road.

2. Troll Creek Trailhead from Chouteau.  Go north on US Highway 69 1.1 miles past the Highway 69A junction. Turn right (east) on EW 52 for .25 mile to the stop sign. Turn left (north) on Troll Creek for .5 miles. The trailhead is on the right (east) side of the road.

3. Elliott Trailhead from Pryor.  Go south on Elliott .75 miles past Nipak road, and the trailhead is on the right (west) side of Elliott. This is about .1 mile past (south of) the Pryor Creek Bridge on Elliott.

4. Elliott Trailhead from Chouteau.  Go North on US Highway 69 for 4 or 5 miles. Turn right (east) on highway 69A for 1.2 miles. Turn left (north) on Elliott street for 1.2 miles. The trailhead is on the left, about .1 mile before (south of) the Pryor Creek bridge.

5. Elliott Trailhead from Death Valley.  Go east on California state highway 190 to state highway 127. Continue east on the shortcut to Pahrump. If you can't find the shortcut, ask at the Amargosa Opera House. From Pahrump take Nevada state highway 160 to Interstate 15. Go south 6 miles to state highway 146, and go east until you hit Interstate 515. Take I515 southeast until it changes into US highway 93.Take US 93 south until it hits Insterstate 40. Go west on I40 several hundred miles until you get to the junction with Interstate 44. Turn left (east) on I44, pay some exorbitant tolls, and after an hour or two take the US 412 exit to Chouteau. Turn left on US Highway 69 to Chouteau. Go North on US Highway 69 out of Chouteau for 4 or 5 miles. Turn right (east) on highway 69A for 1.2 miles. Turn left (north) on Elliott street for 1.2 miles. The trailhead is on the left, about .1 mile before (south of) the Pryor Creek bridge.
